Vinyasa classes synchronize intention, breath, and movement. This class includes an opening meditation, warm-up and sun salutations that heat the body and allow energy to flow more freely. The body continues to build heat throughout the practice as it flows from one asana (posture) to the next, building physical strength, increasing stamina and reducing stress. The flow-like quality of Vinyasa guides the mind into a peaceful and connected place.
The pace of the class can vary and each teacher creates an intelligent sequence and music playlist to their own philosophy or theme, offering diversity and creativity in each class.
All ages and ability levels are welcome. There will be modifications, options and specific alignment cues given throughout the class that appeal to all levels of practitioners. The room will be heated to 80 to 85 degrees.
Align & Flow
Start your week off right with this 75-minute class that will gently get your body moving. This class focuses on cultivating the breath, gently opening the body with a mindful sequence of poses and building strength and your yoga practice with proper alignment. Class includes essential oils, breath work, meditation and prop use. This class is appropriate for Beginner to Intermediate levels.
Align & Restore
This 60-minute blissful class begins with a full body Vinyasa flow set to inspiring music, leading into a guided meditation and yogic breathing, allowing the body to release into the present moment and energize for the day. The room will be heated to 80 to 85 degrees.
Practice at a slower pace and learn how to use your yoga for healing. Expect gentle stretches, strengthening poses with longer holds, and a luxurious restorative Savasana to wash away the cares of the week. With a focus on restful poses and releasing tension in commonly tight areas such as the shoulders, chest, back, hips and hamstrings, this class will help you to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind & rejuvenate the body.
This class is beginner-friendly. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners. The room is gently heated to 75 to 80 degrees to allow the body to move in an easeful, pain-free way.
Core & Restore: Yoga Fusion
Release tension, increase flexibility and lengthen and strengthen your body in this rejuvenating fusion of yoga with core strengthening exercises.
Combining the breath work, mindfulness and flowing movements of yoga with exercises targeting the core muscles – including the abdominals, back, inner/outer thighs and glutes, delicious stretches and ending with a restful Savasana, this class will leave you feeling centered and deeply refreshed.

Kids Yoga (ages 6 – 10)
Kids yoga will teach your child to cultivate a peaceful and relaxed state of mind. The yoga poses are creatively incorporated using partner yoga to encourage kind peer and social interactions, games, music, dancing, stories and more. Your child will learn breathing and deep relaxation techniques, the principals of yoga, mindfulness and more. In the quiet portion of the class the kids are able to create a special place in their mind where they are happy and safe.

Mid Morning Vinyasa
A 60-minute version of our Vinyasa class. Perfect for those weekend days when you only have 60 minutes, want to sleep in or have that extra cup of coffee.
Mommy & Me (ages 2-5)
Mommy and me yoga is a beautiful way to connect with your children. Stretching and strengthening poses, partner poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation are taught throughout the class using music, storytelling, dancing and more. Mommy and Me yoga is a calming, soothing and fun way to share yoga with your little one.
Prenatal yoga is specifically designed for the amazing journey of pregnancy. This class is perfect for any level of yoga experience including new students. Linking yoga postures to breath will lead you to find balance and awareness to the mind, body and spirit. Connect deeply to yourself and your baby while making friends with other expecting mothers in a safe, open environment.

In a world of fast pace everything, Slow Flow takes the time out to find peace and harmony within our mind and bodies.
Each Slow Flow class includes:
opening meditation initiating a centered and mindful practice
slower paced asana sequences
time to focus on finding each asana and settling into it
deconstruction of one or more asana for personal improvement
management of breath (pranayama) for better integration on and off the mat
Various props are used in restorative yoga to support and encourage the body to open and release muscular and emotional tightness. This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and those new to yoga.
Totally Restorative Yin
Totally Restorative Yin is a deeply relaxing practice for EVERYONE. This practice offers long, meditative holds to strengthen the body, increase flexibility and release stress and tension with the use of bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. Practicing restorative yoga has helped many people fight fatigue and depression, recover from illness, injury, and trauma. Classes may feature guided meditation, pranayama, and use of essential oils.
This 75-minute class is a combination of our Vinyasa and Totally Restorative Yin classes.
Yin Yoga Stretch
A slow meditative stretch class designed with long holds to move you deep into your body and out of your busy mind. Work deeply into the muscles and connective tissues as a perfect complement to strenuous activities such as running and more vigorous Vinyasa classes. This class is perfect for any student.
