Jessica Coyne RYT® 500
Jessica believes yoga is an expression of creativity and love. Through the ups and downs of life, she has found her practice more and more meaningful because it is her own and it changes with each day. Similarly, each person is unique and ever-changing. On the mat, there is no judgment — no right or wrong. Jessica encourages her students to stay present on their mats and honor themselves for where they are today, in the here and now.
Jessica’s admiration for yoga began in 2011, when she reached a personal low point. Yoga gave her life meaning at a time when she felt incredibly isolated and lost. Committing to the practice of yoga, Jessica was able to break through barriers that she realized had held me back for years (basically her whole life). Jessica realized it was her mission to serve others by teaching yoga, and has been incredibly fortunate to do so for over four years now.

Shelby Grant eRYT® 200, RYT® 500
Shelby Grant was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. Mother of two girls, Shelby has always had a passion for the outdoors, the ocean and fitness. Her love for yoga began in 2005 with a home practice which accompanied her love for running. A short while after a friend asked her to join a led class. Shelby wanted to decline immediately because she wanted to go for a run and get “a real workout!” but, she decided to just give it a try!
Never had she sweat so much in her life; and Wow! What a workout! Yoga was a new kind of challenge for her and there evolved a new love and a new mindset that clicked! The mind is a powerful thing and combined with the power of breath anything is possible! Taking that into action she began distance running and bringing a sense of moving meditation to running, in her deepening yoga practice and into everyday life.
Shelby decided she wanted to share her love of yoga and what it has brought her with others. In March of 2015 she completed a 200-hour training at Yoga Palm Beach with Karen Burnett and Lizzy Moore. Shelby completed her 500-hour training at Native Yoga in 2016. She has a passion for teaching and wants to share her love what yoga has brought her with all!

Amanda Mossing RYT® 200
Meditation means familiarization with your true self. Living mindfully, being present in each moment, truly allows us to be happy. Jamie has been practicing meditation for three years, after trying unsuccessfully for ten years to get a practice going. Sitting and focusing on the breath, present moment, or mantra is not easy. Thoughts are always racing through the mind, but being gentle on herself allowed her practice to flourish.
Since that time, it has changed her world, and the benefits are contagious to everyone surrounding her. Amazed at how the practice helped her achieve a much needed personal balance, she began to do more studying on the subject, and that’s when the idea of sharing meditation with others took hold. Jamie’s goal is to help others begins regular meditation practice, and stick with it. Whether it’s practicing mindfulness, mantra, breathe…Jamie will guide you along the way.
We all have everything we need inside of us, and by quieting the mind, we gain a sense of ease and contentment with the world around us. Her greatest guides are her two children and are constant reminders to stay in the present moment and breathe. Meditation has allowed her to respond, instead of react to them, and situations we all know well. Jamie enjoys a regular yoga practice, has completed CorePower yoga’s teacher training, loves all things healthy and the outdoors.
