Who We Are
Jen’s first yoga class was a hot yoga class and she left feeling like she had a workout, massage and therapy all rolled into one 90-minute class. Jen continued to practice hot yoga and eventually found Vinyasa. After moving to the Jupiter area in 2014 and being inspired by her daughters, Jen decided to make a career change and take a teacher training. She graduated from a 200hr teacher training in 2015 under the leadership of Karen Burnett and Lizzy Moore and her 500hr teacher training in April 2018 with Danielle Vardakas of Honest Yoga. Jen has also studied with and continues to be inspired by Caroline Wybar.
Jen’s goal is to welcome everyone to the mat wherever they may be that day so that they can learn to pause, observe and listen to what their bodies are asking for. Jen’s classes are designed to take you on a journey into your body in a safe and challenging way that allows you to build both strength and confidence. Her classes are safe for all levels but be prepared to flow, sweat and laugh a little!
“I love being a part of teacher training! Watching students shift physically and spiritually is so rewarding. We know that when they leave us, they are going to make a positive impact on the lives of everyone around them.”
“Teaching Teachers is what I am most passionate about. I love watching my students grow and evolve as yogis and as human beings. As a spiritual coach I marry much of the yoga philosophy with my own teachings bringing a well-rounded, compassionate experience to each training. The journey is one I know you will never forget.”
