When you take time to notice and be thankful for the things you are grateful for, you tend to be happier, healthier and lead a more fulfilled life. Since it takes 21 days to develop a habit, we created our 21 Days of Gratitude Journal. Each day has a different prompt with a spot to write your response. Gratitude journaling works because it slowly changes the way we perceive our circumstances just by changing what we focus on.
We developed this journal for you to have a designated space to track your practices—both the physical and spiritual aspects. It is our hope that this journal will help you learn more about your yoga practice and who you are.
