Jen Suereth E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®, Owner
Jen’s first yoga class was a hot yoga class and she left feeling like she had a workout, massage and therapy all rolled into one 90-minute class. Jen continued to practice hot yoga and eventually found Vinyasa. After moving to the Jupiter area in 2014 and being inspired by her daughters, Jen decided to make a career change and take a teacher training. She graduated from a 200hr teacher training in 2015 under the leadership of Karen Burnett and Lizzy Moore and her 500hr teacher training in April 2018 with Danielle Vardakas of Honest Yoga. Jen has also studied with and continues to be inspired by Caroline Wybar.
Jen’s goal is to welcome everyone to the mat wherever they may be that day so that they can learn to pause, observe and listen to what their bodies are asking for. Jen’s classes are designed to take you on a journey into your body in a safe and challenging way that allows you to build both strength and confidence. Her classes are safe for all levels but be prepared to flow, sweat and laugh a little!

Yoga found Amanda in 2010. Having an athletic background as a former basketball player, she was initially drawn to yoga through curiosity and the health benefits offered, but quickly fell in love with the shifts that occur in the mind, body and spirit. Amanda deeply believes that the yoga is the ultimate teacher and she is the guide; she encourages each individual to have his or her own unique experience on their mat. With her core training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Amanda offers a practice that is supportive, strengthening, full of freedom, backed by intelligence, rooted in love and sustained by the breath.
In addition to teaching and practicing yoga, off the mat, Amanda is a licensed therapist, LCSW, who has a private practice where she offers therapy and mentoring to individuals. Her passion and focus in her work with others entails working with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels to support healing and transformation in the awakening process.”
I was introduced to yoga at a very young age, watching my Dad do this (what I thought) strange breathing exercise. Decades later, I now realize that he was practicing Kapalbhati, “breath of fire”. Dad chose to treat any ailments he had holistically, along with exercise and food. I laugh now when I think back to all the times he told me to stand on my head when I didn’t feel well. Such a wise soul…..
I have always been an active person, starting gymnastics as a young child, then aerobics, to Pilates, then finding yoga about 15 years ago. I enjoyed the discipline it gave me, and liked the flowy kind of movement. I started to realize that it was good for my mental as well as my physical body, and quieted my mind. Practice taught me to love deeper and be even more kind; not just to others, but to myself. Wow, what a concept! Yoga has ignited strength, confidence, and peace within me.
During (and after) a tumultuous time in my life, yoga helped me heal, and led me to find my truth, my inner peace. I knew then that I wanted to share this extraordinary practice with others, so began my teaching journey. Although my practice is Ashtanga influenced, my passion is teaching and sharing the therapeutic styles; Yin, Gentle, Restorative, Chair, and Yoga Nidra. I currently teach these styles as well as Hot 26 Bikram, Vinyasa, and Barre fusion. I earned my RYT 200 under the discipline of Danielle Vardakas ERYT500/DYT800 of Honest Yoga, Burlington, VT. Continuing education in Mindfulness and Yin Yoga was earned under the discipline of Rishi Eric Infanti MA, LMT, ERYT500, YACEP, Ayu, of Ayurveda & Yoga Academy for Health, Boynton Beach, FL.
Jamie Spritzer RYT® 200
Originally from New Jersey, Jamie began practicing yoga in 2001 when she moved to Miami Beach. She taught digital workflow workshops for years, and the idea of teaching yoga as well as photography began to take hold. She began training with Core Power Yoga in Colorado in 2006, has taken countless workshops and trainings in yoga and meditation, and recently completed her 200 hour RYT certification at Native Yoga in Juno Beach. Jamie also has been practicing meditation for five years, after trying unsuccessfully for ten years to get a practice going. By being gentle on herself, and continuing to sit daily, her practice began to flourish. Since that time, it has changed her world, and the benefits are contagious to everyone surrounding her. Amazed at how the practice helped her achieve a much needed personal balance, she began to do more studying on the subject, and that’s when the idea of sharing meditation with others took hold. She believes that by quieting the mind through practice, we gain a sense of ease and contentment with the world around us. Her greatest guides are her two kids, who are constant reminders to stay in the present moment, and breathe. Jamie is honored to be part of the Zeal family.
